About this site

The Orchard Park Resident Guide is a volunteer website for everyone who lives in Orchard Park: owners, tenants and their families. It puts public, everyday information in one place, in English and 中文.

Who runs it

An Orchard Park homeowner volunteer runs this site. It is not the official website of the homeowners association. It does not speak for the Board or for management.

Official notices come from the Association. If this site and an official notice differ, the official notice controls. Nothing here is legal advice.

How sources work

Every item on this site names its source and the date it was posted here. The label tells you what kind of information it is:

• Official source: the item repeats something the Association or management already sent to owners.
• Community info: volunteer or community news. It is not an official notice.
• Site summary: this site’s plain-English summary of a rule or process. It names the document it summarizes. The document controls if the two differ.

When an item changes, it shows an “Updated” date. When a change affects the meaning, a short note says what changed.

Private matters stay private

This site has no login and does not ask for personal information. The owner portal is for owners: anything about an owner’s own home or account belongs there. See the Portal help page. Tenants, ask your landlord or the rental management company your landlord uses.

This site never posts names of owners or tenants tied to any issue, account details, or campaign content for or against any candidate or ballot measure.

Report a mistake
