Before a meeting
- Management emails owners the agenda and meeting notice, as an attachment, before each Board meeting. In 2025 and 2026 it arrived 5 to 7 days ahead.
- Sometimes a revised agenda follows, as it did for the meeting on Wed, Oct 21, 2026. Use the newest one.
- Management’s community updates have also listed the next open Board meeting, with a link to join and who can attend.
- Owners who rent out their home: in February 2026, management asked owners to forward its emails to their tenants.
Who can attend
Members can attend open Board meetings. A Member is an owner with association membership rights. Management’s community updates list open Board meetings as “Open to Homeowners only.”
How to join
The community updates in August 2025 and February 2026 gave a Zoom link for the open Board meeting. Use the link in management’s latest notice. This site does not post meeting links, agendas or minutes.
New rules and policies
On Wed, Jan 28, 2026, management emailed owners a 28-day review notice for a proposed Surveillance Camera Policy, before the Board meeting on Thu, Feb 26, 2026. On Tue, Mar 10, 2026, management announced that the Board adopted it at that meeting. Adopted rules and policies are in the owner portal, under Rules and Regulations.
Not getting the emails?
Owners: contact management through the owner portal. Tenants: ask your landlord, or the rental management company your landlord uses.
