Garage photos due Fri, Jul 17, 2026
The Board asked every home for a photo showing its garage fits at least 2 vehicles. Photos were due Fri, May 22, 2026. Owners who had not sent one had until Fri, Jul 17, 2026.
Management said the request follows the CC&Rs, section 2.5.3, and Rule 3 of the Parking and Vehicles Rules. The photo was to show the residents’ vehicles parked inside. A household with 1 vehicle or none was asked to say so and send a photo of the garage as it was. Owners were asked to email the photo to management, with their street address. More on parking.
