Speed humps on Pear Orchard Drive, Mon, Feb 9, 2026, and new stop signs
Two speed humps went in on Pear Orchard Drive in February 2026. New stop signs make Pear Orchard Drive and Foxglove Place a 3-way stop, and Freesia Place has 2 more.
The Board approved the speed humps. The install was set for Mon, Feb 9, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. During the install, vehicles in areas marked “No Parking” could be towed at the owner’s cost. Management’s February 2026 community update said the speed humps and stop signs were in place. More on parking and driving.
