The Flats

Orchard Park has three home types: the Flats, the Courts and the Towns. Each has its own building design. Most rules are the same for all three. These differ for the Flats. Live in a Court or a Town? See the Courts and Towns.

What differs

• Trash: bag and tie it, then use the trash chute. Break boxes down and put them in the bins in the garage. Leave nothing at the garbage and recycling gates.
• Holiday trees: beside the dumpster.
• Elevators: visitors who are not with you go to the building lobby. If an elevator stops working after 4:30 p.m., call management’s after-hours line on the Who to call page.
• Moving: elevator pads are required. The elevator door is 42 in. wide and 84 in. high.

Fees

The moving coordinator fee is different for the Flats and for the Courts and Towns. Ask management for the current fee.
